This is how Strange Vector Labs LLC handles personal information.

What we collect

What you send us. When you email us, we keep what you include: your name, email, company, and project details. If you become a client, we also keep the contact and billing details needed to do the work and invoice you.

What's collected automatically. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which records technical details of each visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed, time) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie; it isn't used for advertising.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see page views, referrers, and approximate country. It uses no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. We see only aggregate numbers, never individual visitors.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare proposals, do the work, send invoices, run this site, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run our business: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments; card and bank details go straight to Stripe and we never store them), and our email and accounting tools. We also share information when the law requires it. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purposes above and for tax and legal records. We protect it with reasonable safeguards.

Your rights

Email us if you want us to correct or delete information we hold about you.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
