These terms cover this website and our services. By using either, you agree to them.

Services and contracts

Strange Vector Labs LLC provides software development, AI/ML consulting, and technical advisory services to businesses. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are set in a signed contract or statement of work. If a contract conflicts with these terms, the contract wins.

Payment

Pricing is custom to each engagement and stated in the contract. Invoices are due within 15 days unless the contract says otherwise. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Intellectual property

Unless the contract says otherwise, you own the deliverables we build for you once they're paid for. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, know-how, and general-purpose components.

Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and use it only to do the work.

Warranties and liability

We do our work in a professional manner. Beyond what a contract states, our services and this website are provided as is. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent the law allows.

Export and sanctions

We don't work with people or organizations subject to U.S. sanctions. Clients are responsible for export-control compliance on software we deliver to them.

Governing law

New Jersey law governs these terms unless a contract says otherwise.
