Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

Strange Vector Labs LLC provides services under written contracts. If your contract says something different from this page, the contract wins.

Refunds

Fees for work already performed are not refundable. If you prepaid for work we haven't done yet, we refund the unused amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations

Either side can end an engagement as the contract allows. You pay for work completed and approved expenses up to the cancellation date, and nothing after.

Billing disputes

If an invoice looks wrong, email hello@strangevectorlabs.com within 30 days with the invoice number. We respond within five business days and fix genuine errors with a correction or credit. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can sort it out quickly.

Promotions

Any discount is offered in writing as part of a specific proposal and is subject to the terms there.
